Epocrates EHR leverages the power of iOS to put rich patient data, medical information and treatment workflow directly into the hands of doctors and medical staff.

Working in a collaborative model, Burnside Digital Mobile Developers brought a depth of experience in development and methodology to assist the Epocrates team on a mission critical application, with a short timeline.

A marriage of analog and digital technology, Postcard on the Run offers users the unique experience of sending personalized, physical post cards to friends and family directly from their mobile devices. Driven by a Burnside Digital built web-service, the app allows users to customize the cards’ image, font, font color, and message.

User can choose to include images of local landmarks based on their physical location. For Postcard on the Run, Burnside Digital developed both Android and iOS applications as well as powerful “web widgets” for web based postcard creation.

Juntobox Films is a collaborative, virtual film studio that unites social development with traditional film production including financing and distribution. JuntoBox creators, filmmakers, and film fans present ideas to the community and using a patented methodology the best talent and scripts are ultimately funded, produced, and distributed as feature films.

The platform required architecting a full solution from the ground up as well as managing the engagement from multiple time zones. By using Agile development methodologies and best practices, Burnside Digital was able to scope and accurately predict release points so that JuntoBox Films could plan and market their launch with confidence. In fact, Burnside Digital was able to launch the JuntoBox Films site one month ahead of schedule saving the company even more money.

Clibe, a Cloud Library for both the storage and the sharing of digital journals created on the sister iPad application, features a robust JavaScript page flipper, advanced syncing from the mobile device, to the cloud, to the web application. Users create a feature-rich (photos, text, etc.) digital journal, which they save to the cloud and then access on the web for marketing, sharing, bragging or simply, storage.

Involver is the web’s most trusted social marketing platform supporting 90,000 brands and agencies and interacting with more than 200,000,000 fans. Burnside Digital has worked with Involver to develope their AMP, “audience management platform” - a complete social media management dashboard for world-class agencies and their clients.

Montuno Software’s medical application allows users to manage their medical pill intake and scheduling.

One of the largest national medical insurance organizations in the United States had commissioned Montuno Software to update and enhance their medical application to meet the specific needs of their members.

Montuno Software partnered with Burnside Digital to help with the iOS development effort on three key areas., Server Reporting Update, Drug Database Management and Drug Photo Support.

The Burnside Digital iOS and UX/UI development teams were responsible for updating the core functionality and graphic user interface for the three key functionalities noted above.

CityEats by Scripps Networks Interactive, in partnership with Food Network, is the best way to explore restaurants and food culture around the world, while booking reservations for some of the hottest tables in town. Burnside Digital, the Food Network’s integrated technology partner, architected, built and collaborated from the ground up on this custom, web-based Table Management System.

The CityEats iPad app is a ground-up initiative developed by Burnside Digital in conjunction our client’s UI/UX vendor. Burnside Digital largely advised the client on best practices and preferred technology that lead to an acquisition of web-based table management platform.

Scripps Network engaged us to create an interactive restaurant reservation system for the web and mobile devices. We built a custom cloud-based architecture that allows the application to scale with an increasing number of users and restaurants in multiple cities. The app included not only a custom merchant portal to allow restaurant owners to manage their reservations, but also widgets they could embed in their sites.

The iPhone app enhances the experience of finding local restaurants using geolocation to display nearby results filtered by price, neighborhood, and cuisine types. Utilizing the capabilities of the mobile device, we streamlined the registration process to take advantage of native controls. The app is capable of managing all your reservations and even sharing them with your social networks.
